1. The reservation is valid when the room is already booked, and the booking is confirmed.
2. The guest is obliged to hold on to all the points of his/her reservation.
3. The reserved room is available for the guest after 2 p.m.
4. If agreed premises are not available, the hotelier is obliged to endeavour to find an equivalent replacement in the hotel or in other objects.
5. When the period of time between the date of booking and the date of arrival is longer than 180 days the hotel manager is allowed to change the price without having announced it.
6. Any changes of the rate of VAT (value added tax) must be paid by the client.
7. The cancellation of the reservation should be done 1 month before arrival.
8. All reservations for the duration of the fair can no longer be cancelled or refunded. In the event of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival, the customer is entitled to a 10% refund of the total amount of the booking. If the reservation is not cancelled on time, the guest is obliged to pay for the reservation minus the hotelier services, which is 20% of the price for a night.
9. If the requirements of points 7 and 8 are not met, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price if the contractual services are not used, less the expenses saved by the hotelier. The savings amount to the breakfast price for booked overnight stays with breakfast.
10. Until further use of the room the guest has to pay the amount calculated according to point 9 for the duration of the contract.
11. Room card take-away, loss or break will be charged with 50€.
